About Laura O’Reilly
I am a Registered Nutritionist with a BSc Honours Degree in Nutrition & Health Science and a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition.
I have worked in many areas of nutrition over the past 7 years such as a Nutrition Analyst, Nutrition Tutor and also in a private clinic, specialising in treating patients with obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and type II diabetes.
I am accredited with the Association for Nutrition and a member of the Irish Society for Clinical Nutrition & Metabolism.
I strive to equip my clients with the knowledge, skills and motivation to take control of their own health – not just for now but for life!
My purpose is to make this change as easy as possible by creating an individualised plan which is very adaptable to a persons own lifestyle and specific needs, in order to achieve or maintain their desired weight and health goals.
